Big Sky Cross Country Teams Given Chance To Run Two Meets In 2020

The Northern Arizona cross country teams, members of the Big Sky Conference, will get to race twice this fall. 

And first up is a trip to compete Oct. 17 at the Oklahoma State Invitational at the OSU Cross Country Course. 

A proposal from head coaches was accepted by the Big Sky athletic directors, despite the fact that the conference shut down fall sports because of the ongoing pandemic.

After both teams captured conference titles, the NAU men finished second at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships and the women were 14th.
